Big congratulations to a previous student of ours: Brooke McCluskey!

Brooke is a former Shepparton High School and Partners in Training Shepparton student who was honoured to be named Shepparton Young Citizen of the Year.

Her many achievements include co-coordinating a Shepparton Emergency Services Workers ‘Thank You” breakfast, becoming a blood bank ambassador at her school, arranging Christmas gifts to be sent to Australian soldiers serving overseas, co-coordinating numerous fundraisers to raise money for a young girl with brain cancer, and more.

When presented the award, Brooke said “It’s a really big surprise. I am very honoured. I see volunteering as an important part of the community – and you meet so many wonderful people in Shepparton.”

Brooke studied her BSB30115 Certificate III in Business and HLT37315 Certificate III in Health Administration at the Shepparton Partners In Training, and is now working at Rubicon, a local water company. Her trainer at the time, Alison Nolan, is very proud of her achievements. Brooke later went on to complete her BSB40215 Certificate IV in Business whilst studying Year 12.

We are so proud of Brooke and her many achievements and we wish her all the best with all her future endeavors. We know she will go far!
