This qualification prepares you to work for community services organisations, government departments and not for-profit organisations in a wide variety or roles and services.
The course covers how to provide support to people in need of assistance, how to link clients to appropriate services and government department, development of counselling and case management, program coordination and the supervision of other workers and/or volunteers.
