This qualification will develop the skills required to manage services, departments and projects in a range of community organisations and government services.
It is designed for those already working in the environment who wish to upskill to a coordinator or middle management role. It covers management functions such as leadership and team performance, human resources, managing diversity, finance, government regulations and quality frameworks.
