Get StartedOur Story
Partners in Training Australia was established by its Director, Dot Spain in 2006 in a ‘mission’ to provide a more responsive and flexible training service to the people of Victoria, specialising in the Health and Community Services sector.
Dot was often exasperated by the delays in the system that could culminate in a loss of business opportunity, frustrations at the lack of responsiveness to meet client/student needs and the layers of internal procedures that led to lengthy time delays to provide relevant and accessible training solutions to students and industry.
This lack of opportunity for students to engage in relevant, affordable and accessible training was the impetus to building a responsive service. Partners in Training was created to provide training opportunities for individuals and clients that were not being adequately serviced by the VET sector in Victoria.
We are a family owned business that operates two regional campuses, one in Shepparton and one in Sale. Each campus is equipped with a simulated laboratory that provides students with a training environment that best prepares them for working in the healthcare sector. Partners in Training Australia delivers classroom based training programs for a range of Community Services programs all across Regional Victoria and Metropolitan Melbourne. In addition, we provide a range of blended delivery models that students can participate in from the comfort of their own home. All PTA training programs are facilitator led sessions with Trainers that have extensive industry experience. Our philosophy is to take the training to our students and clients that accommodates and works alongside their daily living pressures of work and family commitments.
We are passionate about providing people with options in life, and these options are gained through education. It is the key to independence, self-fulfilment and self-determination. Partners in Training Australia provide training in Nursing, Aged Care, Early Childhood Education and Care and a wide range of Community Services qualifications.
